1. Once I've made an online booking, what happens next?

Diners Delight will confirm your booking within 15 minutes. This will be done via e-mail. If the restaurant is full, a Diners Delight restaurant advisor will call you back to make an alternative arrangement.
 

2. What does the 20% saving apply to?

The 20% saving will be applied to your entire bill (drinks, food and guests included).
 

3. What does the survey comprise of and how long will it take for me to complete?

There are only 17 questions you need to answer about the food, service and ambiance. All but one of the questions are multiple choice, and it will take you less than 2 minutes to complete.
 

4. Will there be more restaurants to choose from in the future?

New restaurants in your area will be joining up every week and Diners Delight will have full National listing in the foreseeable future.
 

5. What if I need to cancel a booking? Who do I tell?

You will need to log on to your profile and click "cancel booking" . Diners Delight will then cancel the booking with the restaurant on your behalf.
 

6. If I need to make a change to either the time or the number of guests?

When your booking is confirmed via e-mail, Diners Delight will e-mail you the direct contact number of the restaurant concerned, so if you need to make any of these small changes, you may contact the restaurant yourself.
 

7. Can I walk into a partner restaurant without making a booking through Diners Delight and
    expect my 20% discount?


No, only bookings made though Diners Delight will entitle you to your 20% saving. If you decide to do a walk-in without a booking though Diners Delight, you will be treated like a regular customer.
 

8. What if I'm out and about and would like to make a booking but don't have access to the
    internet?


You may call our restaurant advisory call centre on 082 337 0962 between 9am and 7pm from Monday to Sunday and one of our restaurant advisory call centre agents will assist you.
 

9. How many times can I frequent the same restaurant and expect a 20% saving?

There are no limitations as to how many times you make a saving at a particular restaurant partner, but we do encourage you to break out of the norm and try all our restaurant partners. Based on your previous dining choices we will recommend restaurants that we feel would be to your liking.
 

10. I have never made a restaurant reservation online, does it really work?

Once you've made an online booking, your booking will be immediately confirmed by one of our restaurant advisory call centre agents, with the prospective restaurant. Diners Delight is supported by a full team of restaurant advisory call centre agents.
 

11. Are there any time limitations when making booking through Diners Delight?

You can make a booking today for today or any day, 2 weeks in advance. Bookings can be made on Diners Delight 24/7, but will only be confirmed between 9am and 7pm Monday to Sunday. If you are making a booking today for today, you will need to make the booking a minimum of 30min before your actual booking.
 

12. What happens if the bill arrives and my discount does not reflect?

Please appreciate this is seldom the case. A gentle reminder to your waiter will alert his attention. Should this happen please mention this in your review.
 

13. When am I expected to complete the review?

We highly recommend you complete the review the following day, while your experience is fresh in your mind. You will need to complete the review before making another booking at that restaurant on Diners Delight.
